Bodywork helps athletes build strong foundations for movement, recovery, and long-term performance. Focusing on restoring balance, improving resilience, and reducing stress on the nervous and muscular systems. This helps support physical performance, injury prevention, and overall wellness.

Massage improves circulation, decreases muscle soreness and stiffness, and improves range of motion. Athletic performance can also be enhanced with regular massage therapy. For athletes, massage is a key part of maintaining their health and performing at their best.

A recovery package includes:

  • 30 minutes in Contrast Room

  • 30 minutes in Cognitive Room

  • 15 minutes Zero Gravity Chair

Fine Print

  • Everything in the package must be used during the same visit

  • Winners will be selected and contacted on Sunday

  • Winners are eligible to be nominated again after three months 

  • Any age athlete is eligible to be nominated
